The hotel is conveniently located with a great view of Pamukkale, although the pushy sales approach can be off-putting. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but the lingering smell of cigarettes is a drawback. The dining experience can be hit or miss, offering fresh options with subpar Turkish breakfast. The service is friendly, with ongoing renovations to enhance the guest experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms, though basic, were very clean, and the hardworking and helpful staff made me feel right at home.
